1. Teuk Kreung Khmer

Recipes

Smoked fish, haibee, pork (meat only), oil, peanut, garlic, red garlic, tamarind, cheese, salt, fish source, sugar, Msao Soup, persian lilac, cucumber, cabbage, chilly, eggplant, mixed chilly.

How to cook

1- chop the pork, take only meat of the smoked fish, peel off the skin of the white and red garlic,

2- Cook the oil in the pan then put the pork meat, smoked fished, haibee, white and red garlic and chilly put together and make it pounding (put some salt in).

3- roast the peanut and pounder it, make the cheese tender or grill it and put it in the small bowl with tamarind then put some warm water (if with soup is good) and then mixed up the cheese and tamarind (take out the skin of the tamarind) and put the recipes like peanut, fish source, sugar, and msao soup and stir it then taste.

How to put the vegetable in the plate

Take the persian lilac and put in the warm water for awhile (to make out the bitterness), put the cabbage in the plate, slice the cucumber, cut the eggplant in flower shape, cut the chilly and put all these vegetable in the plate.

2. Namya Noodle

Recipes

Big fish, red chilly, a kind of ginger (kcheay), another kind of ginger (rumdeng), white and red garlic, lemongrass, skin of small sour orange (citrus hystrix “sambork krouch search), coconut, salt, source, sugar, msao soup, cheese, bean (sandek bondos), cucumber, banana fruit, papaya, herb (chi neang vorng), herb (chi sang kerch), chilly, noodle and oil.

How to cook

1- peel off the scale of the big fish and clean it up, cut in to boil in the hot water (put more water) and take it out after cooked and then only keep the meat by taking the bone off.

2- slice the lemongrass, white and red garlic, rumdeng, kcheay, citrus hystrix, and mix it together and then put some kapi (cheese), half for recipes and half for putting with the fish meat.

3- Coconut take only its milk and boil it and take the half recipes to cook with, put the source, sugar, and smao soup then boil it.

4- Take the fish soup to cook with a piece of proma fish and cook it then pour it into the cooked coconut milk. If no proma fish can use the good cheese meat.

5- Use the recipes mixed with the big fish to boil, put in the big bowl, put some vinegar, use the scoop to stir before putting it into the pot and taste it.

6- Take some water convolvulus and slice it then put it in the warm water for awhile, put some oil in, bean (sandek bondos), hash the cucumber into pieces, hash the banana fruit into small pieces, peel off the skin of the papaya, and these vegetable can mix together.

How to put it on the plate

1- Take the noodle and put it in the big oval plate and take the bean put in one side with the water convolvulus, chilly put around in the middle of the noodle.

2- dip the namya soup into the big bowl and chop the red chilly and drop on it.

3. Mango Salad

Recipes

Mango, smoked fish (trey kes), haibee, white and red garlic, small chilly, fish source, sugar, and msao soup.

How to cook

1- Hash the Mango quickly into small pieces, grill the smoked fish, and take only the meat parts.

2- white and red garlic, small chilly, haibee put together into pieces, put the fish source, sugar, msao soup and then put the smoked fish, mango and mix it together and then taste it.
