Cerebral Palsy with Children in Public School Education System

Education is very important for children to grow up as the foundation of their lives in the preliminary stage of intellectual development and physical development. Special class such as non-formal education system should be consider providing to the Cerebral Palsy children who are living in the health problem conditions or isolated children with this diseases.

There is no doubt about the special education system like this is to setup for cerebral palsy patients because the need at the same situation that normal children have the opportunity to learn from their school. Even though the start up of the class provide only for a few years for basic class education but still consider to be very high accountability once has to make it happen. Special education system or nonformal education system for cerebral palsy patients should always be a priority and as readily available as education for normal kids and under the public policy of the government.

As mentioned in the cerebral palsy sources saying that "In 1975, Congress passed Public Law 94-142 (Education of All Handicapped Children Act), now codified as IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act). In order to receive federal funds, states must develop and implement policies that assure a free appropriate public education (FAPE) to all children with disabilities. By this code, all states must provide special changes in classrooms with special education for cerebral palsy patients until they are 21 years old." 

Special education program for cerebral palsy patient should have the same curriculum as public schools offer to normal non-disabled children and plus providing more lesson on health care treatment for cerebral palsy in the class for children to get rid of their condition problems. 

 Supportive factors are very important to create the learning environment achieving great results in this special program education for cerebral palsy children or patients. The effort of strengthening the special education will push them go gain higher education. With this encouragement and their inner desire it could lead them to pursue higher education in their lives in the future. By this supportive of special program will not just help providing education but also integrate them into the same world as non-disabled people to live independent life and prosperity.  

Beside having proper curriculum from school for special education program for cerebral palsy children, the parents at home playing very important roles as being the caregiver and supporting their children to grow up as other normal children with proper education.

A warm love and good taking care of the cerebral palsy children at home is very important to let them trust and not feeling isolated from the family or people living around them. By doing this it is more than giving a treatment to them and because they only limb, disabled with their hands or legs but their intellectual has nothing to do with education. They can learn and receive education same as other children.  

Cerebral Palsy children is not really different from other non-disabled children for interlectual and knowledge of learning, only they have problem with their physical growth and brain disorder development made them become cerebral palsy kid. So you can make a safe classroom for kid and remove anything that might cause problem to them in the class. Make the class look interesting and without any difficulty so they can move around easily. 

Bring some new technology into the class because it make a huge change and creates big impact for children in education. New technology can be a great assistant to especially for kids with cerebral palsy conditions. Don't try to make them frustrated but happy to help at anytime.
